We rented a Nissan Navarra from African Tracks for a 2 weeks roundtrip in Northern Namibia from mid to end of April upon recommendation of our friends and we were... Read More... absolutely not disappointed. Their great service started already with our pick-up at Windhoek airport by Amon, their kind driver who brought us to our hotel and picked us up again the next morning to finally take over our car at African Tracks. Peter kindly explained all we needed to know about the car and that they would be reachable in case of any urgency. Also the return of the car after 2 weeks went well without any issues and Amon brought us back to the airport. All in all we were very happy with the African Tracks Team, the car and their great service and can highly recommend them. Special thanks go to Amon.

Very professionnal and safe

Hat alles super geklappt. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und haben eine ausführliche Einweisung bekommen. Das Auto und Camping-Equipment waren in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Rückgabe war auch problemlos.

Uncomplicated takeover of the car, friendly staff, car was 100% in good shape, no problems. Good camping equipment. 4 weeks on the road with small damages (not covered by insurance,... Read More... caused by myself) were repaired by small price. I highly recommend African tracks

I spent a long time researching all of the different companies offering 4x4 rentals with roof tents in Namibia, but I finally decided on African tracks and was extremely pleased... Read More... with the exceptional service we recieved. Being a family run businees we really felt looked after, from first messaging them I recieved prompt replies, I had a lot of questions and Celine and Wiebke always got back to me answering all of my queries. The vehicle was in excellent condition and even had new tyres and everything included for a wonderful camping trip around Namibia. We had a thorough talk about the vehicle and all equipment with Pieter who explained everything perfectly. Out on the road it was nice to know who was at the end of a call or message should we need them or if anything went wrong, which thankfully it didn't. On returning the vehicle we had a few minor things we had to report but it wasn't a problem. We hope to be back to Namibia again and if we do we will certainly be using African Tracks. Wir waren für knapp 3 Wochen mit einem ein Jahr alten Toyota Hilux über 4000km im ganzen Land und auf allen Straßentypen unterwegs. Es war wunderbar. Das Service und die... Read More... Einschulung vom Team war perfekt, nie hatten wir Probleme (auch den 4x4 benötigten wir kaum). Das Dachzelt funktionierte super und das Aufbauen ging mit etwas Übung in unter 3 Minuten. Ein Reifen verlor gegen Ende unserer Reise Luft, der war aber schnell und ohne Probleme gewechselt. Pieter hat sofort seine Hilfe angeboten, trotz des Osterwochenendes.

Read More... : accueillants, disponibles, réactifs et toujours prêts à aider. On sent tout de suite qu’on peut leur faire confiance, ce qui est vraiment rassurant quand on part à l’aventure. Le véhicule était en parfait état, bien entretenu et idéalement équipé pour affronter les routes africaines en toute sécurité et liberté. On voit que l’entreprise est gérée avec passion et sérieux, avec un vrai souci de la satisfaction client. Si vous cherchez un 4x4 fiable, bien préparé, et un service humain et professionnel, ne cherchez pas plus loin : AfricanTracks est une valeur sûre. Acabamos hoy el mejor viaje de nuestras vidas gracias a african tracks tuvimos la suerte de tener un coche maravilloso con comida fresca sillas mesa y camas confortables con maravillosas... Read More... mosquiteras, totalmente necesarias, en nuestro viaje tuvimos varias puntos negativos a causa de las lluvias y más factores salvajes, perdiendo dos ruedas pinchadas y la matrícula entre golpes de lluvia y plantas que se encuentran por el camino nuestra angustia fue totalmente aliviada por una asistencia rápida y eficaz para que nuestro viaje fuera totalmente perfecto, y sinceramente no creo que pudiera haber encontrado algo mejor, hoy en día se lo aconsejo a todos mis amigos y aquí queda un testimonio para todo el mundo
