Great service and car hired for 2 weeks.

We rented a car from African Tracks for a 15-day trip around Namibia. The car was in perfect technical condition with complete camping equipment for 4 people, as previously agreed.... Read More... The handover of the car itself, including a technical discussion and presentation of camping equipment, was carried out very professionally and efficiently. The transfer from the airport after arrival and to the airport after the trip was carried out equally efficiently and without any problems. During the entire process of arranging the details of car rental and planning our trip, the contact was always very fast and always with complete information. We received great, irreplaceable support in planning the route and places of our trip around Namibia, booking campsites or lodges. Without the involvement and support of African, if not impossible, it would have been at least long, very tiring and difficult. During the trip, our car's windshield cracked, but it was no problem when returning it, and because we rented the car in the zero excess option, there was no additional charge for this. I checked various offers for a long time and chose African Tracks from among a dozen or so others and I am convinced that it was the best choice. We rented a Nissan Navarra from African Tracks for a 2 weeks roundtrip in Northern Namibia from mid to end of April upon recommendation of our friends and we were... Read More... absolutely not disappointed. Their great service started already with our pick-up at Windhoek airport by Amon, their kind driver who brought us to our hotel and picked us up again the next morning to finally take over our car at African Tracks. Peter kindly explained all we needed to know about the car and that they would be reachable in case of any urgency. Also the return of the car after 2 weeks went well without any issues and Amon brought us back to the airport. All in all we were very happy with the African Tracks Team, the car and their great service and can highly recommend them. Special thanks go to Amon.

Very professionnal and safe

Hat alles super geklappt. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und haben eine ausführliche Einweisung bekommen. Das Auto und Camping-Equipment waren in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Rückgabe war auch problemlos.
