We rented a vehicle and rooftop tent from African Tracks for a two week tour around the gorgeous country. The experience could not have gone smoother: the airport transfers after... Read More... a long flight were easy and our lovely driver was very friendly and helpful. The information we received at the office was clear and all consistent with our communications in advance, no surprises. The vehicle was very new and extremely comfortable, but importantly the smoothest and most capable drive of our lives. After a lot of off-road driving in other countries, there were still some interesting experiences on the roads but between the vehicle and the info from the office, we sailed through. One thing that seems to be a differentiator between companies is the camping gear / equipment provided, though most actual tents we saw on the road were identical. Tracks' offering is everything you need and nothing you don't. We considered this to be a big benefit: basic, necessary and practical 'stuff' means less to pack and unpack, keep clean, juggle or lose! The fridge was insanely effective and let us eat almost entirely on the road with minimal stops. We had an absolute blast on this adventure and Tracks' fast and efficient service and offering was a big part of that. We got to focus on the adventure knowing we had sound equipment and a capable, supportive rental company backing us up as needed. Would 100% recommend.

Hello everybody, we just wanted to share our overwhelmingly positive experience with African Tracks. From booking procedure, the repeatedly adapted quote, the pick-up at the airport, transport to the car... Read More... rental station, the quickly as well as easliy solved problem with a broken lock during our trip, the relaxed but attentitive handover of the car as well as the transport back to the airport - we had such a great time due to all the people being involved, especially Pieter and Amon!
