Hello everybody, we just wanted to share our overwhelmingly positive experience with African Tracks. From booking procedure, the repeatedly adapted quote, the pick-up at the airport, transport to the car... Read More... rental station, the quickly as well as easliy solved problem with a broken lock during our trip, the relaxed but attentitive handover of the car as well as the transport back to the airport - we had such a great time due to all the people being involved, especially Pieter and Amon! From pick up at Windhoek airport to arrival at the depot was seamless. Thorough explanation of how to use the vehicle and put up the tents, deflate and inflate the... Read More... tires, cooking equipment etc so that when using in our first night it was simple. We had an amazing 2 weeks travelling around the country. The tents were so comfy. No problems, helpful and super friendly company. Recommend and would definitely use again. Thank you!

We rented a vehicle with African Tracks in July/August 2025 for 4 weeks. They were amazing. From Amon picking us up at the airport when we were very... Read More... bleary after a difficult journey to Celine talking us through the passes for borders (we went to Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe) and the paperwork to Pieter who gave us an invaluable lesson on using the Nissan Navara and off road driving. I'd done some off road before but nothing compared to the deep sand of Botswana and some of the tough Namibian gravel roads but following Pieter's advice carefully we had not trouble with the vehicle (despite some very challenging, long drives). The camping equipment was very comprehensive and had all we needed. They kept in contact via WhatsApp though we hired the satellite phone just in case (whilst we didn't need it for an emergency, we were glad of it as we were often away from any mobile signal). African Tracks are a great team and very professional - we felt we were in very good hands and were sad when we had to return the vehicle (we felt quite attached to it). Thank you for helping us have an amazing adventure. We're also grateful for your recommendations and tips (especially Urban Camp in Windhoek).

Nous avons loué un 4x4 auprès de l’agence African Tracks pour 15 jours de roadtrip en Namibie. Tout s’est très bien passé, des échanges en amont par email à l’accueil et... Read More... la location en elle même. Pieter est très réactif en cas de problèmes avec la voiture et ils viennent vous chercher à l’aéroport et vous déposent quand vous repartez (même si votre vol est le lendemain).

We hebben in 4 weken met een Toyota Hilux van African Tracks meer dan 6000 km door Namibië en Botswana gereden. Het was een prachtige reis! De auto en de... Read More... kampeeruitrusting was van prima kwaliteit. We hadden geen lekke banden en de auto was zeer makkelijk door het diepe zand te rijden. De service van African Tracks was uitstekend, we werden opgehaald en gebracht van het vliegveld en kregen duidelijke uitleg. Dank Pieter en Celine!
